MODEL
Delivered through a Light Supply Agreement (LSA), we carry out a full assessment of your existing communal lighting infrastructure. Old fluorescent fittings are removed and replaced with ultra-efficient LED lights, including both standard communal lighting and emergency luminaires. The entire system is modernised for performance, safety, and ease of management.
All emergency lights are equipped with Wi-Fi-enabled self-testing nodes, which automatically monitor and report performance. This significantly reduces the need for manual checks, lowers ongoing maintenance costs, and improves compliance with fire safety regulations - giving landlords peace of mind, and ensuring residents are better protected.
