We finance and manage the full replacement of ageing communal heating systems under a Heat Supply Agreement (HSA) - covering installation, energy supply, and long-term maintenance, including lifecycle replacement of all primary components.
A straightforward boiler room upgrade - replacing end-of-life gas boilers with efficient new ones and significantly improved controls, delivering up to 30% energy savings.
The future of all heating upgrades! A full refurbishment including gas boilers, but importantly incorporating Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs), and solar PV, offering over 80% energy savings and greater financial benefits for residents.
