THE
MODEL

Our Planned Preventive Maintenance programme keeps communal heating and hot water systems running at peak performance all year round. Covering gas-fired plantrooms, Heat Interface Units (HIUs), and Building Management Systems (BMS), we carry out regular servicing, inspections, and part replacements in line with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).


This proactive approach reduces the risk of breakdowns, extends equipment lifespan, and ensures compliance with safety and performance standards. With our dedicated BMS PPM package, landlords benefit from remote system monitoring and optimisation—cutting down on site visits, supporting first-time fixes, and minimising service downtime.
